I have problems installing grib_api by Cygwin.

I tried two ways:

If using:
./configure --prefix=grib_api_dir
make
I got:
libtool: link: only absolute run-paths are allowed
Makefile:876: recipe for target 'libgrib_api.la' failed
make[2]: *** [libgrib_api.la] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory '/cygdrive/c/grib_api-1.11.0/src'
Makefile:793: recipe for target 'all' failed

make[1]: Leaving directory '/cygdrive/c/grib_api-1.11.0/src'
Makefile:762: recipe for target 'all-recursive' failed
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

If I used
./configure --with-jasper --with-png-support
make

I got:

I am pretty new to linux and thanks for any suggestions.
