Dear Sir,
I am interested in installing the CREXDC software on
my computer in order to decode CREX messages. I am at a loss on the
Gnu compilers that are needed for Windows. I have the Cygwin
executable file downloaded (but not yet executed yet). Please guide me
on the steps to install these items so that it works correctly. I am
using Windows 7 , 64-bit. Thanking you in advance.
