install the ecflowview

      After the ecflow installation , the ecflowview doesn't exist .
      The online tutor says "Currently ecflowview is only built if environment variable of name ARCH is set to linux",so I set the envrionment variable "export ARCH =linux"，then source ,but that doesn't work。
      My linux system is “Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.5”.
