Hi,

I'm relatively new to the GRIB API tool.

I have been looking for a tool to read/write GRIB1/2 that also includes code to run a spectral transform from spherical harmonics to a regular lat/lon grid.

Am I right in thinking that GRIB API does not provide this functionality? If so, what do people recommend using? Is it better to still use the EMOSLib or CDO, or something else?

Also, is it in the long-term plan for the GRIB API to include such functionality?
