Hello there.

I'd like to report a test result of grib_api-1.10.0
I've tried to make AWPD (ASCAT Wind Data Processors), which require grib-api to be installed and during make test ieee.sh have failed on line 44 with segmentation fault.
I was under Cygwin environment on Windows XP during the test.
I've used gfortran + gcc toolchain.

I've tried version 1.9.18, but I also failed during this test:
TEST: ./multi_write.sh
./multi_write.sh: line 7:  2368 Segmentation fault      (core dumped) ${tools_dir}/grib_cmp ${data_dir}/multi_created.grib2 multi_created.grib2
FAIL: multi_write.sh

Are there any restrictions/bugs when installing on Cygwin?
